Ron and Beryl Huffinley

The Huffinley couple were long-term Communist activists in Yorkshire.

 

Beryl Huffinley was a full-time Yorkshire Communist Party organiser for a period in the mid 1960s.

 

Very active for years in the wider peace movement, Beryl was also a past President of the National Assembly of Women.

 

For a time, she was a member of the New Communist Party.

 

Born on 21st December 1918, Ron Huffingley died on the 18th January 2003.
