J(ohn) Gersham

In the late 1930s and early 1940s, J(ohn?) Gersham was the Cheetham branch secretary of the Communist Party, which held its meetings at 141 Waterloo Road, above Syd Abram’s Garage. 
 
Amongst many other things, he was a delegate to the January 1941 People’s Convention.
