Don Cook

Noted as the Communist who led the historic St Pancras rent strike of 1960, when mass evictions took place, Cook was also Acton works convenor, AEU North London District Committee member, Marylebone Branch Secretary, Final Appeal Court delegate.

He died aged 64 in December 1986 and was married to Edie.
